Randy Macho Man Savage and Miss Elizabeth both dead?

[May 22]

Macho Man Randy Savage (a.k.a. Randy Poffo) died May 20, 2011, in a freak car accident following what is believed to be a heart attack. The former wrestling star celeb had been wrestling in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), now World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), since the 1980s, and had won a title for a time, losing it ultimately to rival Hulk Hogan, who still participates with the WWE. Savage had a heart attack while driving his 2009 Jeep Wrangler in Tampa and lost control of the vehicle, crossing two lanes of traffic to crash head-on into a tree. In a twist of fate, Macho Man Randy Savage was married to former WWF and WCW manager Elizabeth Hulette (Miss Elizabeth in the ring), who died in 2003 of an overdose of alcohol and drugs, according to according to the Cobb County Medical Examiner’s office in Georgia, though he dated his now widow Lynn Payne (a.k.a. Barbara Lynn Poffo) even before he married Miss Elizabeth. Now he is survived by his wife since only 2010, Lynn Payne, who was treated and released from Bayfront Medical Center in Tampa following minor injuries from the wreck, and who reportedly was his first love.
