Since rocketing to the top two spots on American Idol for their country music performances, rumor mills reports have been swirling about singers Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina dating … and even marrying. McCreery joked that he would marry competitor and runner-up Alaina in 2022, and Alaina in a radio interview prodded him further, asking, “Did you tell someone we were getting married in 11 years?” McCreery offered a quiet affirmative, says website Touch of Country, but offered nothing further.
