Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are taking up yachting — but don’t think Brangelina is preparing to go boating to boost their together time with family. The dynamic duo has been invited to join other rich and famous adults (sans kids) on a very glamorous private yacht for a party celebrating the London Olympics.

Female First UK reports, “Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been invited to an Olympics party on a yacht.” According to the tabloid media source, “Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen is throwing a lavish bash on his vessel, which is moored in Canary Wharf, east London, for the duration of the games, with the Hollywood couple — who are currently based in the UK while the actress films ‘Maleficent’ — topping the guest list.”

Once London high society insider told The Sun newspaper, “Paul’s party is going to be amazing… Some big names have been invited but Brad and Ange are easily the most glamorous.”

Celebrity gossip sources confirmed earlier in the week that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are in London because they pledged to host an event at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum on Wednesday night for a charity gala honoring boxing great Muhammad Ali. Tickets for that gala have been on sale for roughly $3,900.00 USD a piece for weeks.

However, the Hollywood star celebs might have been drawn to attend the yachting party as well simply to have the opportunity to rub elbows with Microsoft guru Bill Gates. Entertainmentwise is reporting that he and his wife Melinda Gates are also on the guest list of celebrity couples who are rich and famous.
