Brad Pitt is a wine connoisseur of sorts, and the talented movie star is about to give up his bachelor ways to become a husband again. Planning for the Angelina Jolie wedding, the actor has allegedly selected the wines for his wedding reception. Of special note is one particular wine the Hollywood icons apparently grow and have bottled themselves. The name of the wine, a rosé says the Windsor Star, is called “Pink Floyd” — a tribute to the famous rock band.

“Brad called it that because part of the band’s famous album The Wall was recorded at Studio Miraval on their vast estate… claims the UK tabloid. Their source allegedly revealed more about Brad’s more refined and private side. They said: “Guests shouldn’t be disappointed in his taste… He’s always had a keen interest in wine and after doing his wine steward’s course earlier this year, he’s pretty much a certified expert.”

Pink Floyd (the wine name) is one of their own wines from the Chateau Miraval estate. The couple reside there with their six children for a good portion of the year. Located in the South of France, “Brad’s cellar boasts some incredibly rare wines and rivals those of some of the best connoisseurs in Europe…” claims the source.

Metro DC is also reporting the celebrity couple are planning to serve the wedding guests British food — a claim that may be doubtful. As Hollywood elite with a taste for fine dining, it would seem more likely they vary the dishes to favor cuisine that is more colorful.
