Contact Music might not be happy to hear Jessica Simpson might be getting her own prime time television show on NBC, but fans of the actress are delighted to hear it. The sitcom is one that producer Ben Silverman says will put the Gen Y Disney princess on the same comedic playing field as WWII generation celebrity Lucille Ball. Simpson, a former Disney kid, and ex husband Nick Lachey were the stars of their own reality show.
