Breaking Dawn movie stills show wedding ring on Bella Swan?

Robert Pattinson has put a ring on it. Or at least vampire character Edward Cullen has put a ring on Bella Swan in the highly romantic and highly anticipated followup in the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn. Kristen Stewart was spotted on the set of Breaking Dawn in Vancouver wearing the wedding ring, according to Hollywood Life, and it leaves a lot of people wondering just how hot and heavy things are getting between K.Stew and finally publicly outed boyfriend Robert Pattinson (as if anyone really ever thought they weren’t a couple).

Additionally, there are some movie stills that appear to show a different ring on Bella Swan, as she puts her hand on Edward’s chest in the upcoming film. That one looks like an engagement ring. Definitely appears to be a rock gracing that left hand of hers. In the film, Bella and Edward take off to Rio de Janeiro to consummate their marriage, according to Socialite Life. Edward finally agrees to transform Bella, who nearly dies trying to give birth to the vampire baby, according to KStewartSource.com, and the birth of the child starts a “perilous chain of events that pits the Cullens and their allies against the Volturi, the fearsome council of vampire leaders, setting the stage for an all-out battle.”

But back to the rings! Fans are hoping Kristen Stewart is getting used to wearing that ring Robert Pattinson puts on her in Breaking Dawn, even though there are young women the world over swooning still over Pattinson. But R.Patz seems ready to move it up to the next level if his comments are any indication — eventually.

Idris Elba is the name of the black actor chosen to play Heimdall in the new comic book super hero movie Thor, and he is quite unforgettable. However, his selection by producers and directors to play the Norse god has not gone unnoticed by some who don’t like that the production team went with a non-traditional casting call.

What is the big deal about the Hollywood actor starring in the super hero movie?

For starters he is not Nordic. Secondarily, actor Idris Elba is black, and all the Norse gods in the comic book were white. And yes, because of it, he has critics.

To this controversy, we say BIG WHOOP and congratulate producers for making a non-racist casting call (even if it is historically non-traditional).

Actor Idris Elba has only spoken out briefly for the backlash over Marvel casting a person of color as a Norse god. Elba indicated in a recent celebrity interview that while some Marvel Comic fans had been upset because it was a deviation from the comics original drawings from a purely aesthetic standpoint, others were mad about his casting purely for racial reasons.

Elba’s straight forward and no BS reaction to his job playing the Heimdall character was simple and to the point. He said that if fans didn’t like his casting, they should just stay home. (Link)

The star of Green Hornet and Charlie’s Angel’s never has been married, and she calls it a “dying institution,” according to CNN.

“I think we have to make our own rules,” she explained. “I don’t think we should live our lives in relationships based off of old traditions that don’t suit our world any longer.”

But if not marriage, what does Cameron Diaz see in having a relationship at all? Well, in addition to a great sex life with A-Rod, she says she really likes dry humping. Chelsea Handler on E! Online wrote that Diaz has said dry humping leads to “great things,” and the greatest thing about it is “that it can happen anywhere.” We can imagine a few places we’d rather not see it happen, but whatever floats your boat.

The movie that was promised to be a blockbuster multi-part movie series of epic proportions is, in Hollywood terms, a total flop. It’s been out three weeks and has barely earned just over $450k. That’s not much money for a film about the glorious pursuit of capitalism as a grand ideal. Whats more, the producer of the film — who actually opted to turn away star celebs like Angelina Jolie who was at one point interested in playing the Dagney Taggert female heroine lead in favor of casting relative unknowns to play the leads for cheap — is so mad no one is coming to see his new movie that he is threatening to walk out on Hollywood and refuse to make the summary sequels. He fancies himself a real life John Galt character. Who is John Galt? To answer that question (if you don’t already know) you will have to do some mighty serious reading, as the Ayn Rand novel is one of the thickest [and best] books filled with deep and meaningful dialogue you may ever read. And, without the sequels finished, you can’t cheat by watching the 21st century Atlas Shrugged movie series to solve the mystery.
