Botox Mom pulls a Balloon Boy stunt but blames The Sun for forcing her to make the Botox Injections – Beauty Pageants story up?

Sheena Upton, now known as Botox Mom across the United States after making a special guest appearance on Good Morning America, has backed away from her claims that she gave her 8-year-old daughter injections of Botox (botulinum toxin). The chemical used by plastic surgeons and others to treat frown lines and facial wrinkles has been used by many men and women who turn to plastic surgery to ease signs of aging. However, when parents heard a mother was injecting her child with Botox for a cosmetic surgery enhancement to increase the child’s chances of keeping her baby face longer so she could compete in Toddlers in Tiaras type beauty pageants, there was a national uproar. What followed the airing of the taped interview was a flurry of calls to ask that Botox Mom lose custody of her daughter — which she did. But that proper child removal was not what caused the most recent celebrity scandal. After losing custody of her daughter, Upton claimed that she had been tricked by the British Tabloid, The Sun, into taking on the fake name Kerry Campbell and making up the outlandish story, according to The San Francisco Chronicle.

Now The Sun reporter Ally Einstein, who broke the news, says Upton set her up by peddling a false news story and The Sun staff are rightly angered by the fact that their news organization’s name has been slandered by this crazy, money grubbing, fame whoring witch seemingly mentally unstable parent.

She’s like that Richard Heene guy who perpetrated the Balloon Boy stunt so his family could get their own reality television gig… only worse, as she truly appears to have caused her daughter physical harm in photos of her daughter getting at-home Botox injections done.

It is OFFICIAL. Hines Ward and Kym Johnson are going to the finals to compete in the freestyle round. The celebrity couple was NOT voted off. After a double perfect score on Monday May 16th (following Kym Johnson’s neck injury on Friday the 13th), the Dancing With The Stars audience was really wowed. Will Hines Ward be able to beat Chelsea Kane to win the Mirror Ball Trophy? The NFL player certainly hopes so. The only real obstacle to him defeating her at this stage of the game is that the audience demographic voting for her is much younger and more apt to use their cel phones to vote. However, because he is a NFL football player and her fans are likely to be up past their bedtime to watch the show, coming into the finals round the voting could help sway the judges either way to vote.

During the elimination round at semi finals, show host Tom Bergeron asked Hines Ward and Kym Johnson to share secrets about what they would dance to in their freestyle if they were kept on to dance in the finals by the American votes. Hines Ward revealed that after all the football games he had played over the years, he had never actually seen the halftime shows. To that end, the green celebrity who has come so far off the football field on the dance floor says he wants to BE the show.

Tom Bergeron laughed and said he never really thought about the fact that the players at football games miss all those live performance half time shows and gave a hearty chuckle and wished Hines and Kym well.

The celebrity couple Hines and Kym were the first ones told they were safe. The dance pair received two perfect scores for the Argentine Tango and the salsa performed last night’s week nine performance, but lost the instant dance round.

Bruno thought Ralph was cold and detached from his dance partner Karina Smirnoff, and said he was too flat for the semi-final.

Carrie Ann noted he was dancing better and not so much in pain. She asked him to connect the emotion in his face to his feel — and was booed by the crowd for giving him what she proclaimed was “constructive advice”.

Ralph Macchio was happy to get an 8-9-8 from Carrie Ann, Len, and Bruno especially in light of his knee injury that debilitated him last week.

TMZ was one of the first websites to report Kym Johnson — the dance pro the producers of DWTS 2011 paired up with Pittsburgh Steelers football player Hines Ward. According to the site, Kym Johnson, “took a nasty spill while rehearsing with the NFLer for an upcoming show.” The star celebs still had practice scheduled the following day(s), and Kym and Hines both showed up on schedule Sunday May 16th. The only problem? Kym Johnson was wearing a huge neck brace! According to her rep (who spoke to TMZ anticipating the rumor mills picking up the story of the dancing accident and subsequent hospitalization of the dance pro), Johnson was taken to a nearby Los Angeles area hospital for treatment “for precautionary measures to assure she is OK.” But what will an injury at this stage fo the game do to the celebrity couple as far as performance ability? Many celebrity gossip sites and comment rumor mills are saying that Hines and Kym might just be out of the game.

The reason why Kym Johnson having a new injury is a game changer is not because she might not be able to dance or teach or do choreography full bore. It is because of the psychological effects on Hines Ward.
