Funny Health and Fitness News! Fit celebrity Jennifer Aniston’s name and the word “pig” are seldom spotted in the same news headline, but they were both tied together on the front cover of a New York City paper recently. What was all the fuss about? That she spent her celebrity birthday going out to dinner with friends and that the food was so good at the place she was going that the otherwise fashionable and fit star actually made the smart middle-aged executive decision to wear her fat pants.
Actress Jennifer Aniston is well-known for being one of the fittest celebrities in Hollywood.
The pale green celebrity actress (yes, we said pale, as she is not nearly as active on the green celebrity scene as Romantic Hollywood love rival and nemesis Angelina Jolie) was spotted leaving a restaurant called the Spotted Pig in New York City on Friday, February 11th, when and where she celebrated her 42nd birthday with friends while pigging out — breaking the tradition of keeping her health and fitness vows to remain on a strict celebrity diet.
Just Jared‘s photogs caught up with Jennifer Aniston at the restaurant and relay the following celebrity sighting details about the Celebrity Friends queen. Photos reveal Generation X actress Jennifer Aniston wore her fat pants to her birthday dinner, so the food must be good at the fine dining restaurant in NYC.
They write:

The Just Go With It actress turned 42 on Friday. Happy birthday, Jen!!!
Jennifer revealed that her b-day plans also include going away with a group of pals.
The agenda? “Get up, have breakfast, have a workout, do something great outside,” she told People. “I know, [exercising] is annoying. But that way you feel great.”
“If you’re consistently working out, your metabolic rate is constantly at a level where it’s kind of burning,” added Jen, who keeps her figure by doing yoga, Pilates, and cardio at least four days a week.
Aniston recently revealed in a celebrity interview with actor Adam Sandler that she actually had turned down a Saturday Night Live gig to be a SNL regular back in the day, instead taking a gamble on playing the character Rachel on what was to become the hit television comedy series FRIENDS.
Jennifer Aniston can be seen on recent television commercials promoting Children’s Charities and she donates money to a Mexican orphanage.
