Actor Johnny Depp is confessing his secret feelings of affection and admiration for actress Angelina Jolie. The two recently completed filming the movie The Tourist together, and the green celebrities bonded over their dedication to their life mates, home, and family.
Just Jared released the following report on March 4th, 2011, detailing green celebrity Johnny Depp’s feelings about the better half of the celebrity couple known as Brangelina [Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie], revealing the following:
Johnny Depp makes quite an entrance at the Japan premiere of The Tourist at Roppongi Hills Arena on Thursday (March 3) in Tokyo, Japan.
The 47-year-old actor commented during the press conference that Angelina Jolie is “a shockingly great mother.” He was impressed about how she handles the paparazzi and that she is a down to earth, clever, and funny woman.
Johnny says he’d “probably be in prison” if he had to deal with as many kids as Angelina and Brad Pitt.
Johnny Depp has become known as a green celebrity over the years, especially since the Hollywood actor built his own eco friendly home in the Caribbean. Brad Pitt, who he co-starred with back when both star celebs were relatively unknown and appeared on the television series 21 Jump Street, has also become a green celebrity, spending most of his free time between films studying sustainable architecture and green building techniques.
Actress Angelina Jolie has been well known as a humanitarian and green celebrity activist for a number of years now. She claims her eyes were opened when she began to travel the world. After visiting third world countries, she elected to adopt several children from places like Korea, Vietnam, and even Africa.
As a green celebrity mom, Angelina Jolie travels the world as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations. Her partner Brad Pitt now comes with her, and the Hollywood power couple often take their six celebrity kids on world tours with them, staying at a wide variety or rustic but luxury resort locations.
The pair have become closer as celebrity friends to actor Johnny Depp and his long time girlfriend model Vanessa Pardis since the two filmed The Tourist. While filming the movie scenes in Europe, the celebrity couples allegedly got their kids together for play dates regularly while Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie were busy filming.
All three star celebs have donated an enormous amount of money over the years to a wide variety of eco friendly and humanitarian causes. They also are the number #1 set of A-List celebrities on Hollywood red carpets and green carpet role models. However, it is actress Angelina Jolie who has become a green celebrity muse of sorts, by using her star power wisely to assist orphans and refugees in war-torn countries around the world to get the humanitarian aid they need.
While Depp has been active in the green celebrity movement, his activist work has been done more quietly behind the scenes. Brad Pitt has stepped up to the green plate and been active building green homes in NOLA that are both cost-effective and available to low-income families who lost everything when Hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans. He also came out on stage for a green celebrity telethon organized by Hollywood movie star pal George Clooney to help the earthquake victims in Haiti. Angelina Jolie traveled to Haiti to tour hospitals on behalf of the United Nations as a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN and helped to expose criminal conduct when unscrupulous medical staff were charging patients for access to donated medical supplies. Yet, actor Johnny Depp has not actively engaged in any large-scale political activism himself.
Will he perhaps think about advocating for a children’s charity this decade — for a health cause to alleviate a medical disorder, child hunger, or to help provide clean water in the 21st century?
