Joy Behar political joke about Casey Anthony not guilty verdict funny or not?

Talk show hostess Joy Behar leans to the left politically and she is not afraid to let people know about it. Her water cooler discussion on her own Joy Behar Show always share a hint of wit when she talks about current events, Hollywood celebrities, and political issues. Her latest tweet about the Casey Anthony not guilty verdict was really quite clever and funny in most people’s opinions except for a few who thought she was disrespectful for making light humor about little Kaylee Anthony’s unsolved murder. But Nancy Grace she is not.

The celebrity senior tweeted via @Joy Behar:

I am shocked by the #caseyanthonyverdict. Though I can’t say this is the first time Florida screwed up on an important vote. #HLN.

Controversial Sarah Palin smart enough to impress young voters like Bristol Palin?

Bristol Palin thinks her mother Sarah Palin would make a great president of the United States because of how smart she is, and the celebrity teen mom from Alaska is really annoyed at anyone who does not share the same sentiment. “The biggest misconception about my mom that really irritates me is that she’s dumb,” Palin told a book store outlet rep in Arizona prior to a book signing for her new money-maker memoir titled Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far. According to the former Dancing With The Stars contestant her mother is, “… so smart, and if anyone had a conversation with her they’d realize that … she’s a whiz.” Does mama grizzly inspire that much confidence among older voters? Not really. Most folks who are well-educated or who have a high IQ realize that while the Tina Fey look-alike is highly marketable as a candidate, it will not be her bright lights behind the eyes that would get her taken seriously as a candidate. Rather, if she does run, it will most likely be her ability to appeal to the lowest common denominator of society with her good looks, passion for spinning conservative rhetoric, and her “I’m just like that country girl next door” charm she’s famous for wielding faster than an Obama insult or a hunting rifle. Celebrity Fitness: Actress Anne Hathaway hotter Catwoman than Halle Berry?

Anne Hathaway is one smoking hot celebrity and fans of the former Disney princess are chomping at the bit to see her starring in The Dark Knight Rises (which hits theaters July 20, 2012). The vegetarian actress who charmed us in Ella Enchanted and The Princess Diaries made us all a bit wiser watching The Devil Wears Prada and laugh when she hosted the 2011 Oscars. Next up, we expect this scintillating Scorpio goddess will make women purr and men bark as she takes on the role of Catwoman — previously knocked out of the park by gentile actress Michelle Pfeiffer and revisited by hip urban celeb Halle Berry. The big talk in Hollywood about her new adaptation? That Anne Hathaway is planning to go old school with her act, and will be dressed in a Catwoman costume that looks very much like the outfit worn by the original comic book character. Can her fit physique and Scorpio zodiac sign inspired fetish for all things dark and occult-like help her create a unique look for the character — one that might be thin but still substantive? Cars 2 Review: Green cars bio-fuel subject of ridicule in Pixar film?

I recently went to see the new animated film Cars 2. Some parents say I may be looking too deeply into the children’s movie message, but what I saw was an animated kids movie that was red not green. Despite the very real fact the film was fun, funny, had an all star cast of character voices (like actor Owen Wilson, comedian Larry the Cable Guy, and Hollywood celeb Michael Caine), I left the theater deeply disturbed. To give you a brief overview, it’s about friendships and who is the better racer between the car star Lightening McQueen and a new race car from another country. Now, my impression is that one of the main characters was supposed to represent Sir Richard Branson, a famously wealthy environmentalist. Part of the story line is a competition between bio-fuel vehicles and regular old gasoline automobiles. The movie was visually stunning as an animated project. The lesson most kids seem to be taking away from seeing the film was that bio-fuel products are inherently dangerous and their use should never be trusted.

SYTYCD Celebrity Gossip: Does Lady Gaga think you can dance?

It has been a big year for Lady Gaga. She has been named more wealthy than any other pop star and her net worth actually surpassed Oprah Winfrey. She’s been a mentor to the American Idol contestants and had her pornographic shoes blurred out on national television. The star celeb has both helped Japan and been sued for allegedly skimming money from the top of her charity. However, despite her superstar status and controversial fame she is willing to engage with a live studio audience and take on a position as a celebrity judge and mentor on national television.

TV Live reports:

It’s official: Fox’s hottest summertime commodity, So You Think You Can Dance, will add some sizzle to its current season — and maybe give its sliding ratings a boost – with a helping of Lady Gaga.

The theatrical performer will serve as a judge on the series sometimes before its finale in August, a Fox rep confirmed for EW.com, echoing that which Nigel Lythgoe hinted at during a recent press call.

Before you get all excited thinking Mother Monster will be a regular on the reality TV show, there is more news. The celebrity gossip reports about Lady Gaga say she’s only agreed to appear as a guest judge for an episode (or two if fans are lucky).
