Actor George Clooney might claim he does not like all the media attention he gets from the press, but its his own fault really that we follow him like we do. After all, if he would stop making movies that are so good and would quit winning so many big name Hollywood awards, we would not hound him for press quotes and celebrity interviews. That may be one reason why celebrity friend Brad Pitt says he hopes this year George Clooney wins all the awards in the world. Why? Because if he wins, maybe the paparazzi will be more interested in snapping photos of the older actor and his latest lady love rather than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (the celebrities they normally like to follow more).

“The Moneyball actor, who was beaten by Clooney at the Golden Globes earlier this year, thinks that having a friend at the ceremony is “more fun” [though]… said Entertainment Wise, one celebrity gossip journal.

When asked if her was a bit jealous that George had been beating him out at other awards shows during a call to The Today Show, the hot Hollywood actor said, “Absolutely not. It’s more fun to have a friend there [attending an awards show and competing against him]“.

He went on to say that when it comes to acting, “No one does it better than George. I say give him all the trophies, and when you run out of trophies, make some new ones and give him those, too.”

Knowing that Brad Pitt feels so warmly towards George, its easy to understand that when the two actors make jokes at one another’s expense like they usually do whenever they have to speak to the press or in front of an audience at an awards ceremony they chide and poke fun at one another like they do.

After all, the celebrity friends have been best buddies for years but they hardly get a chance to spend a lot of time together anymore. Quality time between the two men has become what’s important since Brad Pitt stays busy helping Angelina Jolie raise their six celebrity kids and George Clooney spends most of his time grooming young women to walk the red carpet by his side as smiling, sexy, and demure escorts.

And for the record, yes — Elisabetta Canalis and Stacy Keiber both resemble that remark.

Famous for his role as the character named Eggs who played the boyfriend of Tara (Sookie Stackhouse’s BFF) in Season 2 of True Blood on HBO, the hot hunk and the brunette Italian looked great together.

While Eli might have been jealous Clooney was dating a tall blonde who was famous for her athletic power and long legs [Stacy Keibler], his girlfriend can’t compete with Mehcad Brooks in the hot department. The man known for having a flawless physique and ripped abs that rival or beat actor Ryan Reynolds was a Calvin Klein Underwear Model before his acting gig. He also competes regularly in triathlon sporting events.

But, no matter how handsome he was, the actor could not keep Elisabetta Canalis more happy than George Clooney had. The two had a very public fight, and witnesses say after a heated argument, she actually assaulted him. While the physical fight was not serious (she allegedly shoved him in anger before heading upstairs to collect her things from the hotel room where the celebrity couple was staying but was not able to physically hurt him), it did leave open an interesting new question.

Once George Clooney dumps Stacy Keibler, would one of the professional wrestling organizations like WWE sponsor a brawl between the girls? Given a few more years of the Hollywood actor rotating women for every fall movie red carpet season, they might be able to host a series of Monday Night Fights featuring the ex George Clooney girlfriends.

Actor George Clooney changes women more regularly than one can predict the coming fall movie season. This year, his love interest is a female professional wrestler named Stacy Kiebler. She is tall, leggy, and blonde — with a big smile and light-hearted sense of humor that makes his ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis somehow resemble the Witch of the West. While Kiebler might resemble Glinda (the Good Witch of the North from the merry old land of Oz), Clooney still does not seem to be enchanted enough with her grace and beauty to make a lifelong commitment. You see, when Elisabetta Canalis started tweeting, she made one major faux pas almost immediately. She shared a tweet that said Jennifer Aniston looks like Iggy Pop — which, in all actuality was hilarious once you let that sink in for a moment. She started a new one later to help her generate American votes for her on the program Dancing With The Stars. The pet-friendly celebrity started working the Twitter audience again when her new ad (where she posed naked for PETA) came out. However, she simply was not able to build enough of a real fans base following to help her make it into the final rounds. The somewhat boring sounding brunette with the thick Italian accent was cast off.

Now Kiebler, on the other hand, knows how to work a crowd. She’s terrific at getting the attention of men who watch wrestling and the women who let then. Fun loving and affable, she seems to understand both how to tweet and why to do it. And George Clooney tells US Magazine he’s essentially happy she’s doing it and has no plans to stop her. So, to that end, while the romances of Clooney’s past were shrouded in dad to day mystery, Stacy Kiebler dating George Clooney is emerging from her tweets as branding him a heterosexual while giving her the much needed career promotion she needs to become a big name celebrity. Because she shares tweets about their daily adventures, the star celebs are getting a great deal of attention from the media as of late. Now, if only their romantic relationship could draw some real interest from the fans — who have grown bored over the years hearing him discount their interest and bad mouth the media for their part in making him a famous Hollywood actor and global celebrity.

Actor George Clooney made a special guest appearance on David Letterman Wednesday October 5th, 2011. There to promote his new movie The Ides Of March, he seemed relaxed and to be having fun joking with the king of off-beat late night TV.

His first jeer? To poke fun at Letterman for looking old and needing to wear make-up while he (as usual) looked perfectly amazing.
