Did Chuck Lorre really call Charlie Sheen a monkey?
[May 3]
Star celeb Charlie Sheen and television exec Chuck Lorre are still at it, despite a relatively quiet couple of weeks for Sheen (except for his Violent Torpedo of Not Winning on tour and in attempting to get custody of his kids even though soon-to-be-ex Brooke Mueller failed her mandatory drug test). Last week, Lorre wrote a vanity card which appeared after Big Bang Theory, in short lamenting his troubles with an actor who was “impossible to work with,” “increasingly erratic,” and “a heroin addict,” according to Entertainment Weekly. Guess who.
Nope, it wasn’t Charlie Sheen he was referring to (supposedly); it was a monkey on Big Bang Theory.
Right. Everyone believes you, Chuck. After all the names Charlie Sheen has called Chuck Lorre, it’s hard to believe that the latest vanity card from Chuck Lorre Productions wasn’t a shot at his nemesis, Sheen. But he probably deserves to get back at the troubled actor after all the drama directed at him this year.
Then along comes former Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen again with another nasty letter to Two and a Half Men co-creator Chuck Lorre, as reported by E! Online, in spite of Sheen continuing to lobby CBS and Warner Bros. to get his old job back. Sheen referred to Lorre as spineless, insulted Lorre’s manhood, knocked Lorre’s ability to father his children, and otherwise went on a rant about how he had “made” Lorre, in spite of the fact that Lorre had a number of successful shows before Sheen ever came along.
Star celeb Charlie Sheen wrote:
“I’m out here with my fans every night. The message is crystal clear; NO CHARLIE SHEEN. NO SHOW,” he fumed. “And that’s exactly what it will be for you and your desperate vanity cards, every Monday night, a no-show. The ratings right now are not a fluke. It’s a big fat mess. A 2.0 demo? That sucks. Almost as bad as you. You’ve been warned. Reap the whirl-wind you cockroach, reap it.”
Charlie Sheen had better get some more attention from his tour before he lampoons Chuck Lorre anymore. He seems to be running low on Tiger Blood. Lorre hasn’t made any fromal comments about the recent attack, but maybe we can count on another thinly veiled vanity card. Either way, Sheen isn’t doing much for himself in trying to get his old job back. Lorre is still adamant that it will never happen, even if that means goodbye to Two and a Half Men forever.
